Hello, the links that you have sent me to re-access my token and user ID do not work anymore for anybody. Here is the message that I get: {“code”: 403, “error_type”: “OAuthForbiddenException”, “error_message”: “You are not a sandbox user of this client”} Can you please let me know how I can display the instagram widgets on my blog? I tried two different computers from two different locations to try the links. Those links do not work. Thanks you.

ReplyDeleteAs you must be now aware, Embedagram has shut down its services, leaving my client in a difficult position, as one of the reasons he loved this template is because of the footer Instagram integration. Is there another service of plugin you can rehoming that will allow me to add to the site, or something that will be similar?

ReplyDeletePurchased the theme today and I’m having trouble setting up instagram to show up on the blog. Got the Instagram-ID + the access token as well and filled them up in the theme settings. But nothing seems to show up. Would appreciate help on this the earliest possible.

ReplyDeleteAlso it seems like the theme is extrememly buggy. No matter how much I opt to disable the subscribe widget it comes back again. Also the logo i upload appears one time and disappears again later. I have to upload it over and over for it to work.

Could you give us access to your blog dashboard?. We need to check your theme options. Actually user forget to disable other feed that not fill an option. It’s caused javascript code error.

ReplyDeleteThe widgets don’t work.
- Instagram: I first got my access token through my instagram account, and then another token through the link above, but none of them generates instagram images on my blog.
- facebook: I entered [https://www.facebook.com/MY_FACEBOOK_ID] at my dashboard, but only an error sign shows up on my blog. I tried different versions of the url (like removing https:// or www) but none of them works.
-When I click the sns icons, instead of taking me to the corresponding sites, it just lands on my blog.
And this is not a problem, but is there a way to get rid of the zigzag line that appears with every post?
I already spent more time than I wanted to figure out the widget problems and decided to check with you before I move on to add other widgets. Would appreciate your help.

I purchased this yesterday and the theme does not behave at all like in the live preview. Widgets do not appear no matter how many times I try turning them on and off, and in fact the slider disappeared an hour after it finally appeared (independent of me trying the on/off approach again). I followed all instructions in the documentation. The sole widgets I’ve had success with are the Featured and Bio sections; I have tried every single other option without success. I have successfully installed multiple custom themes in the past, so I know the process. Is there some obvious other fix attempt that users of this theme can try if it’s essentially unusable after following the documentation?

ReplyDeleteActually this theme need more experience to setting it. There are have option to check ,even if you enable option you must fill all option related it. For example there are enable option instagram feed but you not fill option instagram count post. It will caused all javascript error and other option not working.

I have filled all options related to the widgets I activated. I am experienced with installing premium themes. It simply does not work, and things that did work for a while abruptly stopped working without any changes made. One of those was the Featured section, which I had previously said was one of the few functioning areas. It suddenly went blank about an hour after I left my comment. I did not make any changes via the Edit Theme panel during that time. It simply stopped working.
