ReplyDeleteI want change the banner right of the slider, but that are not contained in themplate. I want just like it same in the original them (http://themeforest.net/item/metroshop-responsive-magento-theme/full_screen_preview/4602894).
I can not change the background image of the slider too. So the gray background I do not get away. I want the slider provided only with my image.

ReplyDeleteI like the theme, but in our setup we are getting some glaring errors. If you continue not to answer support requests I can not use this theme. At the moment not happy at all, as support is nearly non existent.
You seems to customizing theme in its core files. Thats why you facing issues.
ReplyDeleteIf you do fresh install again or upload backup file of module on which you worked your problem will be solved.
As it has been tested & no such issue exist.

The only responses we are getting comes when we post something on the messageboard at themeforest, and those answers are short and no good…
There are errors in the theme when it is installed in our environment, might be because of conflicts with plugins and perhaps the old theme, but we need you to look into it. We have bought a package with support if I am not mistaken. We are not getting any support.
We help our customers & want to help you also. I am sure your developer making some changes to theme which are not required & due to that issue coming out. Please provide me your site admin & ftp via email. So we can check.
ReplyDeleteI am sorry to say that we had to give up on this theme. We purchased the extra 6 months of support, but it was still more or less non-existent. Sent a last request 6 days ago, resent the same request 2 days ago, still no answer, so today we pulled the plug and started looking for a new theme.

But we found few UI issues.
1) Order details- order items is not responsive
2) Wish list page is not responsive
3) Product details page does not have code for grouped products

ReplyDeleteHi we uploaded this new theme on a fresh magento with the old database (exsisted magento) now all images are displaying in the back-end but not frond end. I see that alle images goos to /media/catalog/product/cache/1/thumbnail/300x but this folder does not exsist we have about 13K of products. do you know a solution?
