Someone in support entered again to update this theme and left a mess without even give advice and send an email… again! Now cant customize again or backup again.. for twice in a week…very bad support.., The did not even check if customize section works… Turn off 2 plugins … Sidebars Too… dont buy this theme

ReplyDeleteColors, typograpy in the customize are not working is because of Sticky Ad Bar and WP Show Posts plugin. These plugins make the options in Customize not work. Deactive these plugins and the customize is working.
About the mess, it’s due to the old version of the required plugins. We helped you update theme but we couldn’t update plugins on your site. It seems that your site doesn’t allow to install or update any plugins. That’s why in email, I asked you to update required plugins by yourself. The site will be well as soon as you update required plugins.
