ReplyDeleteThere are two ways to fix that.
1. Please, make sure you are using latest version 1.4. We have fixed that issue in latest version.
2. Open “avique/functions.php” and go to line-51 and remove below code:
add_filter( 'media_send_to_editor', 'avique_add_para_media_to_editor', 20, 2)

How do I update to the latest version? This is not clear to me.. On wordpress? or this site? And then after I have it updated, I need to remove the code you included in your response?
ReplyDeleteNo, you don’t need to update theme to remove code. You could just remove code from one that you are using currently. The latest version of the theme has been fixed already. Update to latest version is another way of fixing the issue.

I’m still not following. This is new to me, so sorry for being difficult and asking so many questions.. I don’t know where to go to get to “avique/functions.php” to find the code. Is this found somewhere on Wordpress? And if I download the newest theme, do I just upload it to wordpress and it’s fixed? And I won’t lose my content starting over from the beginning?

Hi, on the Home page, I’d like to place a whole big image as the background in the full width container. However the image is tiled rather than showing one big image. If I remove the repeat option it just shows a small image even though the actual image is 2000px wide.
ReplyDeleteJust remove that image and re-add it again (don’t edit). before you insert it, make sure you choose large size of it.

It is not displayed at all even though i have it enabled in the footer settings. Do you have any suggestions how I can fix that?

It is not working because your testimonial and gallery isn’t working. Make sure you have added everything properly in page-builder.

Hello, I’ve just enabled the shop which is running very nicely but I came the realisation that the customer “My account” page does not represent your demo. When clicking on my account I’m seeing the standards Woocommerce user account with all menu options like Dashboard Orders Downloads… How do I set the page like you have in your demo? Thanks!

I would like to change the width of the sidebar. Is using Custom CSS (.td_sidebar { width: 38%; } .td-col-9 { width: 58%; }) my only option?
