Hi Chimpstudio, im in consideration of purchasing this theme. however i tested it on several mobile devices i stumple upon the following: The menu for mobile devices is broken on every other page than the homepage. it splits up in a weird unstructured way. Is this something already known, or something that is fixable on short term? http://imgur.com/MSQr49V

I’ve tested in on both my desktop browser(by resizing the browser), my motorola moto G, and my samsung note 3. All with the same results.
You can replicate this bug by resizing the chrome webbrowser to a smaller width, click on a subpage and open the menu.

CS Builder keeps on “loading” screen forever. If we delete the element and make a new one then it works as it should. If however, we save an element and then try to edit it after it keeps on the loading screen. This is an issue on the Pages.
ReplyDeleteI have already sent you a ticket and you haven’t replied me yet. We can’t keep deleting and then making new elements every time we want to edit a text on the page!
Your “way better than Visual Composer” builder has started to cause us serious troubles. Either fix that or we’ll ask for a refund.

Hi @hamethyst, Please visit your site, you had already been replied about your issue cause that is due to the third party plugins conflict. You are requested to please deactivate all third party plugins and add elements in the page builder with complete and proper data. It will work for you.
