Yeah, this theme is easy-to-use and will work great for new users. We have written and video directions included with the theme. All support and documentation is in english so you will need to use english or perhaps google translate if you need assistance.

presales question?, we want to autoexport our inventory to 3rd party sites, like car gurus, carsforsale, car.com, cariglist, facebook store, google merchant, can we do that?
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately that is not possible. You would need a third party plugin to achieve something like that. Check out codecanyon.net as there maybe a plugin that works for you.
ReplyDeleteI am getting demo import errors. Is there another method for importing demo data? My support has expired, but I have never been able to use the theme with demo data. The error is Warning: Declaration of WP_Import::bump_request_timeout() should be compatible with WP_Importer::bump_request_timeout($val) in /home/mydomain/public_html/wp-content/plugins/octane-import/importer/wordpress-importer.php on line 38. Thanks.

1- are the them support Arabic language ?
2- are support direction right to left
3- are support po and mo files ?
Unfortunetly we do not offer any RTL support. If you needed RTL support, you would need to add this via the WordPress documentation: https://codex.wordpress.org/Right-to-Left_Language_Support
ReplyDeleteThat being said you can easily translate this into another language. You can also use Arabic characters as we have a font plugin that allows selecting additional character types. We have full support for po and mo files.
