ReplyDeleteVisual Composer constantly hangs, hows does a purchaser rectify this problem post the support period. Please can you provide a tutorial on what a purchaser can do as most of the issues on the support forum are about Visual Composer hanging. I believe that telling the users what to do via a tutorial can help a lot more than solving the issue at the backend.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you need to update Visual Composer to 4.12, to be compatible with the latest Wordpress version.

The search function doesn’t seem to work correctly. It only searches through news posts, is there another way to have it search through the whole site? (So also the portfolio)
ReplyDeleteYou can remove the search filter in /include/hooks-config.php lines 355-378 although is not recommended. Also you may want to extend your support period which expired. Thanks

ReplyDeleteHi, after updating to Nerduck 1.4, I noticed a problem:
ReplyDeleteUnder Appearance > Theme Options, after making changes and hitting ‘Saves Changes’, it would load forever and never able to complete the save.
For styling options, I can use the ‘Customize’ panel and it would be save properly. However, for the other options, I am stuck with the way it is right now.
Any clues? I’m using the latest version of Chrome.

When you click on the play button, it starts, but pauses after a second or 2. Once you click pause and start again its plays fine. We need this to be fixed.

Hi again. You didn’t told me about the shop. Just one last question about the masonry layout, will it be easy to have a button like “contact” for example, instead of one of the images/frame? I mean, not a CTA button but assuming one of the images in the masonry layout as a button.
ReplyDeleteHello. If by Shop you mean Woocommerce, we have not integrated it. You can use it, however you may need to add styles to woo elements to adjust to the overall theme’s look-and-feel.
ReplyDeleteThe thumbnails in the masonry layout are all images. There is a portfolio template which allows you adding content below the grid.

ReplyDeleteSo basically my page is waaaay to slow because of the images. I use 1920-1280 pixel for each image in Jpg. but even if i to them in png. its not really changing anything. Do you have a standart Size for the “full” images?

If you are using Adobe Photoshop, save images with 60% quality.

Hi, I’m thinking about buying the theme.

1) Can the photo-sliders (both in homepage and in products pages) work in autoplay mode?
2) Can I include videos in the portfolio gallery? I’ld like to make a video section and visualise its thumbs in the portfolio page together with photographies thumbs.
