    Hi, does this theme contain the processing such that if a job advertiser uploads a new position, it would appear on the list of positions? And also the processing behind sign up and login? The reason for this question is because in the item details you state this is a static template with no business rules. Thanks.

    It is just HTML Template version. You can choose your own backend programming language. It can be PHP, Python, .asp, C# or whatever else.
