ReplyDelete• In the projects page: the google+ and facebook buttons do not work, and is not possible to remove them from the site.. see it in http://www.2a-architecte.ch/?project=ac-m-parfums-2
• Always in all projects, its impossible to translate the texts in another language.
• Visual Composer doesn’t work well there are a lot of bug cause the new version of WordPress 4.5.3
• I asked many times since more than a month to technical support to resolve all its problems, but they do nothing. … !!!

Realy.. You think that is normal…?
Our support team said you we are working for fix it. There have only FB button have problem. We are trying for fix that. Theme option have option for show/ hide share option. You need to check that.

I think support team already fix that. If not then just remove current vc plugin and re-install from our required plugin notification.
We already provided you too much support. Some time we need much time for replay you back. You are not only asking for support. You need to understand that.
There have not any reason for update our theme. If need then we must updated that.
I bought to theme , I also paid for technical support and you do not answer me…!

How many issue you have really? Lot of customer bought this item but not get this kind support request.
ReplyDeleteI already provided lot of support. Maximum problem is for your basic WP knowledge. That is not related with theme. I was send you default port file. But if you can not make it your own language that is not my theme fault.
Our support team last answered you yesterday. You need to give us minimum 48 hours for replay you back.
Problem 1:
ReplyDeleteIn the page “TEAM” in the settings of the members of the team there is a field call “External URL” if is empty the link is always active, you can check it by passing the mouse over the photos of the members : http://www..ch/team/
can you please disable the link when the field is blank…?
Problem 2:
wath about the problem with the button Facebook sharing link and google+ sharing link in portfolio, as you can see in http://www.2a-architecte.ch/?project=bureau-air-center the link does not work.
Problem 3:
I asked to your support how to translate the text in the page project…

Go to theme folder > language and replace attached folder. (midtownwp)
This is my last question of your support, but without answer:
About the translation issues, I replaced the midtownwp.pot file in the theme language folder as indicated and the contents are still in french.
I loaded the complete .pot file in loco translate and translated the corresponding lines in french, saved and synchronised, cleaned my browser’s cache and still no change.
Do you have any clues on how to set this right ?

We sent an update to TF. You will get notification shortly. Use attached file. After update theme Check “Blog & Portfolio Options” from Midtown Options. You will get options for change all hard text.

ReplyDeleteWhen I select multiple categories for a project, the categories have no spacing between them and the link goes to the same category.
Say for example for a project, the categories were Architecture and Commercial. How do I display and link each category separately just before the “Client Name”?

ReplyDeleteI have the same problems with the Blockquote other users have. When I update or create a new blockquote it puts the speech mark ” above the text! Can you please provide a fix for that? I have sent a support email as well.
