ReplyDeleteI am having trouble with the resizing of header images. When I layout the campaign in StampReady everything is sized correctly. When I import the campaign to MailChimp it shows correctly in both the template builder and email campaign builder, but when I send a test message or an actual campaign, the size of the header image enlarges twofold and I cannot seem to resolve this no matter what I try. Any suggestions?

I cannot install the template on sendgrid. When I hit the “create template” button only “Paste Html” appears. Sendgrid says that the “upload template” is no longer an option. They said I need the native html. Please advise. If I need a particular template, let’s say , the grey one, how do I obtain html?

I find this product extremely difficult to use. There are many many issues which support cannot resolve, despite sending numerous videos to explain. Just sell a product that does what it shows in the demo. I asked for my money back, but support would rather send more emails instead of 1) refunding my money or 2) fixing the problem themselves.
ReplyDeleteI’ve identified two issues regarding the responsiveness of the template:
ReplyDelete1. The elements in the module with the grid (the 6 images that come in 2 sizes) are not centered when displayed on mobile devices: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3t_EiatxpCgWmp2el9pSjRrVk0
2. The same images seem to have a lower quality even though I have used high quality resolution and followed the guidelines of the template: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B3t_EiatxpCgTXVIdVZsNWRxaUk
As you can see, the image below is much clearer than the one above. They are part of different modules of the template. I have tested many images and the result is always the same.
These two issues are reflecting negatively on the overall image of the newsletter I need to send. Your help would be much appreciated.

According to your screenshot, you are using Gmail app on Android OS.
Actually Gmail app on every device is not support responsive layouts/media queries yet.
We use media queries to set responsive of Email Template.

But….
Now our 6 Notification email templates are works perfectly responsive on mobile platforms > Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo in both IOS, and Android.
We updated those last 5th of December.
We will add Background image version for 6 Notification email templates on next Monday….

ReplyDeleteI have sent a couple of emails to support@uxemail.com few days ago but i haven’t received any answer. Emails created in stampready and then exported/sent from mailchimp are shrunk in iPhones. is there anything we are doing wrong? they are ok if we create the mail directly in mailchimp however this option doesn’t allow us to add background pictures and responsiveness is ridiculesly slow.
how can this be resolved as we cannot use the template otherwise. we would appreciate if someone come back to us.

To change template fonts you will have to use text editor for code like Sublime Text/Notepad++ etc.
Using a text editor you can replace the default fonts using “Find and Replace All” function.
