    I have some issues:
    1. It seems none of the fields support linebreaks or formatting.
    2. On the contact page the mail and phone are clickable, but the “tel:” and “mailto:” links are blank.
    Please advice.

    Hello 1437dk, I’ve got the same problems but no support by developers. Meanwhile I fixed it myself. You need to do minor midifications on some template files.
    1. /templateDetails.xml (e.g. line 61 for the field about_us_text): add the argument filter=”raw” right before the closing tag /> Then you at least can format the text with usual html tags
    2. /html/com_contact/contact/default.php line 35: copy the php tag <?php echo $params->get(‘email’); ?> and paste it right after mailto: Do the similar thing in line 42 for the phone number

    please answer my mails i´ve send you at your info@createdbycocoon.com adress or answer here. i think more users have the same problems. the gallery doesn´t shows the picture titles and tags! and i have to agree skillamilla. it must be possible to reorder the albums and pics in an easy way.

    alright, i have to agree some users above: this theme is crap! and there is no support. if it would be possible i would give a minus as rating. simple changes are not possible, even the joomla options. what the hell have the developers done? i want my money back.

    what does it mean? why you answer some requests and some not? i bought your theme and had two simple questions. is that too much to ask for? meanwhile envato did the repayment but i would buy it again if you fix the bugs.

    Absolutly: this theme is crap! No support, no answers. My Ticket is open since February. Gallery Categorys con not be deletet.
    Unfortunatly it cames with mistakes:”Undefined variable: this in \libraries\cms\application\cms.php on line 430”.
    This theme is useless.

    My ticket ID is #339 postet 2016-02-25 17:39. Please look at the error above. It appears when click on the cross in Main Menue at Startpage. It seems to be outdated code?

    perhaps you use old Joomla version or PHP? With PHP-Version: 5.6.15 and Joomla 3.5.1. I get this:”Undefined variable: this in \libraries\cms\application\cms.php on line 430”. Will you please look at: My ticket ID is #339.

    And i have no other extenions than yours installed. Its a clean new Joomla!

    We are using PHP 5.6+ and have tested Joomla 3.5+.


    Please check that .htaccess file is present and enabled, and in Global Configuration you have URL Rewriting turned on. We will check the ticket.
