Hello nice theme am working offline (localhost) After trying severally to install the Demo Data but the orange bar is still stuck at the beginning… now located the xml file and used wordpress importer to import the demo. the challenges am now having 1. home 5 showing Error 404 2. Page seems not working well with visual composer showing [innovation_heading title=”Our Services”]. please help out. i have teamviewer if that can help fixing this. Thanks

ReplyDeleteWe have recently installed this theme and we love it so far, however, we prefer not to use Contact Form 7. We normally use either ‘Formidable Forms’ or ‘Ninja Forms’ and both plugins seem to have issues with this theme.
- Formidable will install and set up, but it throws errors when trying to complete Google Captcha, throws an error int he header, and then the sent email html is broken.
- Ninja Forms won’t even activate, it just throws this error upon activation:
“Warning: require_once(/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/lib/NF_VersionSwitcher.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/ninja-forms.php on line 15”
We have never encountered these issues with either of these forms ever, so is there something with the theme that is preventing other contact form plugins from being installed?

ReplyDeleteWe have been waiting for a solution on this for over a week, and unfortunately support has been for the most part unhelpful and slow to respond. We can tell from the responses we have received that support is not really looking into the issue at all, but instead trying to push it back on us to sort ourselves. This is an issue with this specific theme though, so we need support from you.
We gave you access to 2 of our client’s sites, and we are going to have to remove those now as it’s a security risk, and being that support isn’t staying in contact, we have no choice.
We’ve received some support for other small issues, so we appreciate that, but this is a major issue that we needed help with. This theme is nice, but it has some technical issues. It’s unfortunate that support is not more responsive and helpful those issues. :\

ReplyDeleteThanks for your comments, i can’t promise my theme compatible with all plugins over the world, sorry for problem with NinjaForm but i tried as i can, but can’t fix them, sorry once.
ReplyDeleteWe understand that, but you could at least attempt to look into technical issues to see if your theme has a technical problem. The theme itself was broken upon install, and we purchased it again for another site a month later, and your download was still broken. So even after knowing a broken theme was being sold, you still didn’t fix it.
ReplyDeleteWith the contact form issue, the theme itself causes problems with multiple plugins, and so we felt you should at least take time to look into why multiple contact forms were throwing errors. We sent you directly to an error, and you pretended not to see it. So it was clear you didn’t make an attempt to even see if your theme is the issue :\.
And you could also communicate better. You basically just ignored our emails, and had access to our client sites for over a week while we were waiting for responses. If the theme is sold as “supported” please understand that people are going to contact for support, and you can at least communicate.

ReplyDeleteWe are still unfortunately trying to get any contact form to work at all on this theme. We could not get any other form to work, and so we reverted back to contact form 7, and the form will not send. We have been struggling to get support from you over this issue, but you have included contact form 7 in the theme, so this form at the very least should work and you should support in having a contact form of some type being able to work with a theme, so please take some time to look into this issue and let us know what we can do to get help to get forms working at all on this theme. Are you positive that there is nothing in this theme blocking Recaptcha? The issue we are running into with contact form 7 is that when you press “submit”, it never sends and just spins, and then times out and says the recaptcha is invalid Please see screenshot:

This is the 2nd form plugin we’ve tried that has errors with the Google Captcha, so please let us know how we can get these working properly?

ReplyDeleteWe just wanted to leave an update. We finally got a contact form plugin to work, so we wanted to leave the info here just in case anyone else has the issues we have had:
‘Fast Secure Contact Form’ and it’s Recaptcha add-on are working for us:

So if anyone else struggles with the errors, go ahead and give those a try.

ReplyDeleteWe are setting up the Blog section of the theme and there is a default behavior that happens when doing so that we would like to know how to prevent?
When you set up the page you want to use for the Main Blog page, it allows you to customize header settings – specifically the Page Title that displays and the Custom Opacity of the Title Background. However, as soon as you designate that page to be the Main Blog page that shows your posts, it overrides your Title and Custom Opacity settings and just replaces the title with the word “Blog”, and it puts the Opacity to full dark.
We have a custom title for our blog section, so we do not want to have that title just say “Blog”. We also don’t want the full darkness of the opacity on that title background in the blog section. Can you please instruct us as to how we can get the blog to not override our custom Title/Opacity choices and to display our designated Title and Opacity?

We still have not found a solution for the “Blog” title allowing us to use our Custom Title on that page. Please let us know any directions on how we can keep that Blog Main Page title as our Custom Title.

Oh, it is a special page so you can’t change it via Options Page Title.
