  1. Hi. I’ve sent a message about this before and have not received a reply on this particular problem. I am still having issues with the menu on mobile. When I click on “Shop” it expands the menu revealing “cart” and “checkout” instead of just taking me to the shop. This is impacting my sales and I’ve already had visitors email me about it. Please let me know how I can fix this ASAP. Is there a code I need to put in? My site is loveyourselflean.co.uk Thank you in advance for your help.

  7. Hello,

commonly we ask to open a ticket for support but I think you can simpli add a class to your menu item.. For example “mobile”.. And the you can add this .mobile class to the custom css of incanto or somwhere using the media queries to show/hide the item..

If you need a more detailed support please open a ticket on http://support.uncommons.pro

  8. Hello, Visual Composer won’t work on my website…could I just get the good pluggin so my website will work ?
whatever I try to do to update usingAppearance > Install Plugins will not work since the actual plugin is embedded to the theme.

I think I need the good copy of VC ?

    Thanks,

  9. Buonasera, c’è un problema con l’inserimento della mappa con l’elemento VC del tema. Il problema è visibile anche nel vostro live demo, in pratica appare sul lato sinistro della mappa una linea di codice. Browser Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge e Internet Explorer.

  11. I’m just extremely unhappy with this theme right now. I originally purchased incanto as the html template and wanted to convert it to wordpress for the blogging capabilities. I’m hoping my problems are possibly a failure in demo content upload or something. With the html template the styles where already set. All I had to do was add my own copy, pictures, and font icons etc. In the visual composer I have to set all the paddings, all the borders all the sytle preferences myself and I’m spending too much time trying to matching it up to the original. It’s so unbelievely time consuming. Some of the functions aren’t even working correctly. The line chart bars stay blue even though I changed the colors. I’m incredibly frustrated and the support still hasn’t gotten back to me on my other issue.
