I don’t want to register for yet another forum. I can’t get the theme installed no matter what I do. I followed your documentation perfectly. All that is showing on my site is a few words of text. That’s it. Please help.

Hi, I’m having a similar issue. Not sure if i’m doing it incorrectly or not, but from what I can see I’ve been doing it right. I’ve also tried signing up to your forum but it won’t email me a password.

It just says “That username is not valid for this item purchase code. Please make sure you entered the correct username (case sensitive).”, but what I think has happened, is when the forum was down I signed up then and it said it’d email me a password and then never did. I also clicked the forgot my password button and it’s not letting me send a password.

Hi, this is my first time to purchase any theme for my tumblr blog. Help me because I cannot install the theme properly. I don’t know what’s wrong. It’s been 2 hours since I am trying to edit the code and I can’t figure out what am I going to do. Hoping for your quick response. Thank you!

I figured it out already. I have a lot of questions, though.
ReplyDelete1.) I have read about your FAQs. But I still can’t access my instagram account on my site. Is there any alternative on how to put my instagram feed?
2.) Why does it says that my facebook URL is invalid?
3.) I can’t figure out how to make a slider featured post.
4.) I can’t view my site on my phone.
And there are other things I am still trying to work on. But, by far. Those are my questions.
Oh another thing! I want my site to be the same as the demo. Can you help me do that? I’ve purchased the theme assuming that it will look exactly like the demo but nothing is the same. Can you fix this, please? Thank you.
