Hi,
ReplyDeletePurchased Vigor and had it installed onto my site by Envato, worked perfectly was able to login to Word Press Admin to edit/update.
I’ve just noticed our site (www.crossfit4165.com.au) suddenly has a Viagra France add at the top of our page. Went to log into the admin page and suddenly there appears to be no editable content, when I click view website I used to be able to edit everything, now nothing is “clickable”.
Is it best to pay an Envato Support person to login and reinstall my theme? Have I been hacked?
Hi,
ReplyDeleteCan you send over WP admin and FTP information via the contact form on our profile page and I’ll go in there and figure it out.
Mention the issue in the message as well.
Pagination not working. I’ve updated everything, but still clicking page 2 just takes me to all the items on page 1. See staging site here: http://dungeonfiles.com/tf/truelife
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteCan you please submit a private support request at danyduchaine.ticksy.com and include the following information:
WP Admin information
FTP information
Mention the issue in there as well
I’ll go in there, figure out what’s going on and fix it.
Hi,
ReplyDeleteI am setting up a new wordPress site for a Sailing training company and wondered if you think there is enough flexibility in your theme to support that sort of site? They will be publishing Courses and Trainers plus Sailing Lifestyle info, About Us and Contact Us pages as well as News.
Thanks for your advice. All being well, I will order the theme
Hi,
ReplyDeleteWell the theme is primarily for Gym/Fitness websites, can’t say with 100% certainty that it would work for a sailing training website.
As for flexibility, it’s powered by Live Composer so there’s a lot of flexibility in terms of design ( colors, typography, spacings… )
So if you basically need the same thing as on the demo but with different colors/typography then yeah, it would work out.
Thanks Dany,
ReplyDeleteI will download the theme and see how I go.
Regards
John
I have downloaded and installed the theme but when I change the logo in the header, the new image is scaled up to around four times the actual size of the image. Any suggestions?
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteCan you send over the URL to the website, seeing the issue will help me understand what might be happening there.
Thanks… http://flyingfishsail.wpengine.com/
ReplyDeleteThe image file is 120×120px
ReplyDeleteHi again, could you also look at the spacing between the main menu items and the drop down menus please? It seems that there is a large gap between the two and I would prefer that the dropdown appears from the bottom of the main menu with no space.
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteThe logo you currently have set is 512px x 512px
http://flyingfishsail.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/cropped-cropped-cropped-ff_logo1.jpg
The theme limits the logo width to 205px so it gets downsized to that.
If you use a 120px x 120px image it will show up at 120px x 120px
As for the menu items, you can decrease that by going to edit the header with Live Composer, then go to edit the navigation module. Under Styling > Item you’ll see Line Height option, lower it down to whatever you prefer.
Thanks for checking the flyingfish site in the Vigor theme for me. Before I upload it, the logo is only 120×120 (checked that multiple times). Perhaps it is the WP engine scaling it up?
ReplyDeleteThanks for the advice about the menu spacing.
Regards
John
When I look at the header in the editor, the logo appears as 120×120 but when I publish and load the page, it is the large size. Would you like to log in as admin and have a look?
ReplyDeleteJust set the “resize height” and “resize width” to 120 each and solved the issue. Thanks
ReplyDeleteIs it possible to remove the opacity from the slider so that the feature images are shown at 100% rather than dimmed? Thanks
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteYeah, can you please send over WP admin info in a private ticket at danyduchaine.ticksy.com. Don’t share it here on Themeforest, these are public comments.
As for the slider images overlay, just add this in WP admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:
.slide-overlay { display: none; }
Hi Again,
ReplyDeleteCan you tell me where I can change the setting for the vertical height (spacing) between panels on the home page?
Thanks
John
Also…
ReplyDeleteIs it possible to filter which classes are displayed in an instance of the Vigor-classes widget? I have a landing page for each type (category) of class and only wan to show those specific classes on any one landing page.
oops, sorry, I just saw the Categories filter in the config screen for the widget. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteAs for the spacing, that’s vertical padding on the rows. When you edit with Live Composer and hover over a row you’ll see “action icons” with orange background. Click on the edit icon and you’ll see the “Padding Vertical” option in there, increasing that increases the spacing.
My site (www.mombiefitness.com) is not showing the title of the web site. I set it to debug mode and it just shows blank title, even though it is entered.
ReplyDelete<title></title>
The only error I see over and over in the error log is:
[19-Feb-2017 14:31:16 UTC] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/dominicc/mombiefitness.com/wp-content/plugins/sklc-vigor-modules/modules/classes-schedule/functions.php on line 364
Hi,
ReplyDeleteIt’s fixed. I answered on the support forum.
My navigation menu is not showing on my website, it’s completely gone.
ReplyDeleteHi Julie,
ReplyDeleteWill answer on the support request you made on danyduchaine.ticksy.com. Having a problem getting your website to load at the moment, will keep trying and as soon as I do will take care of it.
