This template is a joke. It’s fake! Many broken links in css (ex: http://192.168.1.66/ytc_templates/magento/sm-shoppystore/skin/frontend/sm-shoppystore/....), many missing file in install kit, after I intalled, the cpu is about 100% on my server.

I’m not buying 2 opencart2 magento templates. it does not, the service is poor. Contact each other very poor, send me ftp login and done nothing. Also they do not respond anymore and I want my money back from these four template. ThemeForest would agree that this check. When installing one after another errors.

Instead of you having customer complain this much why dont you have an in house developer for installation support only and allow everyone to continue with their modification…if you develop this theme, installing it shouldnt be a problem for Magentech..just a suggestion to avoid low rating. How many ticket do I have to create? I have created ticket since 4days ago..I have sent all the information requested for installation and nothing has been done. Reset a password page (/customer/account/changeforgotten/) is blank. I’ve tried to check if it works on the theme demo but I didn’t get a “reset your password” email. For other users of this theme – is this functionality working for you ? I’m trying to check if is a probl. with the theme or the changes (minor) made to it. Thanks!

We’ve fixed it, there was an error in the customer layout file. We don’t have the latest version of the theme installed but you may want to check to make sure the current version of the theme doesn’t have this error.
