    I think your message contains something that look like spam to you mail spam filter, something like very common messages etc. It could be you mail subject also.

    As much as i do know about mail going to spam/inbox folder, this depends on mail content, your SMTP server, also your domain reputation. ( SMTP is server that help a contact form to send a mail )


    But, yes there is 20% chance, it happens because of code but no one ever complaints about that. So i think code should be fine.


    Also please give a try by changing your recipients mail address, it helps some time.


    And please don’t hesitate to contact me with any other problem.
