  1. Hi guys, I’m interested in buying the theme. However when I click on your ‘Recipe finder” demo, the demo that loads does not have the search box from the “Receipe Finder” screenshot in it?
    Any idea what is the correct URL of the demo that can show me how the Recipe Finder looks like?

    Also is the Recipe Finder available in the Layout Builder or Header Builder as an option?

    I’m asking because I’ll be using the theme for articles-related web site that needs prominent search box and the one which is in the demo default is hidden and only when clicking the “zoom” icon it’s displayed. I’m interested in the search box that’s visible on your Recipe Finder Demo screenshot.

    Question #2: Do you offer paid customisation services for this theme?

    Thank you.

  2. Hi, thanks for pointing this out to us. I have added a link in the menu (Theme Features > Hero Feature Areas > Search) so you can preview the “Recipe Finder”. The Search / Recipe Finder is available in the Homepage Feature Builder and Footer Builder. For enquiries about paid customizatons please open a support ticket at our support forum and make sure you describe in details what your customizatons needs are

  3. Thank you very much for the quick reply and reaction. I can now see the “Recipe Finder” and it’s exactly what I was missing. I already bought the theme, I will give a go customising it and will contact you via the support forum once I need professional help.

    Just as a suggestion, I think auto-completion could be a nice feature in the “Search box” that will set you apart from other themes and customers will love it (I for example will).
    I’m aware this can be achieved via a plug-in but it’s always nice to have it with the default install and have the results in matching style with the theme design.

  4. I’m sorry I just noticed there is an auto-completion feature already in the theme settings

  5. Hi, i just purchased your theme. However I can’t find the activation key for revolution slider. Could you help me out please? Thanks in advance!

    ReplyDelete
  6. Hi, you can ignore the prompts for a Revolution Slider activation key as this only pertains to customers who have purchased a regular license for the plugin. With our theme you get a bundled version which works right after installation so you can just begin to use the plugin without any further steps.

  7. Hi. Great theme! But I have a problem with the qtranslate pluging. When I active it, the dropcaps of the posts uses the symbol ‘[:’ of the code that uses the pluging, instead the first letter of the text. Any idea of avoid it? Thanks!

  8. Hi, I’m afraid we are not familiar with the qtranslate plugin so I’m unable to make any suggestions.

  14. Hi, I just bought your theme for my cooking blog . I tried to install the plugins (Plugin Core Plugin Enoki , Enoki Plugin Shortcodes Plugin, Plugin Enoki Widgets Plugin, Plugin Revolution Slider Plugin Envato WordPress Toolkit) , but will not let me install them, there is an error . I get the following message “An Error occurred while installing Core Plugin Enoki . . Failed Download Service Temporarily Unavailable”
    What should I do?
    Thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  15. Hi, the plugins are bundled in the theme folder if you want to try a manual installation. Go to the Enoki theme folder / inc / lib / plugins / and you should see all the plugin zip folder. Try to install these through the upload plugin section in the WordPress admin.

    As for the error message, we have never had this reported before, nor have we seen this error before also. If the above does not work, submit a ticket in our ticketing system and include your site details, login etc. https://themecanon.ticksy.com/

  16. Hi,
    In your theme social media login, recipe submit by user is available ?

    ReplyDelete
  17. Hi, I’m afraid our theme does not let visitors create recipe posts. You could set up a submission form – but you would have to create the actual recipe post yourself.

  22. I purchased the Enoki theme a few days ago and have spend a great deal of time trying to resolve one problem without success. Photos that I insert into posts are not appearing on the home page not matter the size of the photo.

    A second problem with the theme (and possibly related to the first problem) is that I am not seeing all the home page layout options that are shown in the live demo. I want my format to look like the demo with the Single Column with sidebar. This also includes posts that have the gray text box below the photo.

  26. Good evening. I would like to enquire about some problems which i found in my theme. I changed the photo size from home, looking for a vertical pic instead of horizontal, following your instructions, but the images are not proportional. Would you mind helping me with this problem? Im looking forward to hearing your reply. Regads WEBSITE: www.lacucharazul.com

  27. Hi, looking at your site, someone has added the following CSS that is causing your issue:

    .featImage img {
    height: 414px !important;
    }

    Remove the above and it will be good again.

  28. Hi Guys, I don’t see an option to register/log-in to post a comment on pages/posts who support comments: http://217.78.5.34/fake-royal-worcester-marks.html -> comments are enabled for that page, it says “no comments” but there is no link to register/log-in to post a comment

    ReplyDelete
  29. Sorry for the late reply, there are global comment settings found in the theme settings / pages and posts section that control comment display on single posts, see here: http://monosnap.com/image/XoKPIdqGd2qFw6trmwmJZUvcluKDmX#

    Also there are comment display controls on each post, as per default WordPress functionality, see here; http://monosnap.com/image/7c01zy6UcOL9R9QweAgWHutw3sYDto#

    It looks like the second option I mentioned needs to be updated on your site.
