  7. Hi Jinndadeil,

This theme is not compatible with WordPress.

You can delete the class “sticky” in the navigation section.

  10. Hi, I bought the template but it doesn´t work.
The documentation says I have to install jekyll How do I install it on my computer? How do I install it on my hosting? I uploaded and did not work in my hosting too

  12. Dear Honryou,

I just bought your beautiful theme for Jekyll – OSUM. I still didn’t start to implement my site in it, but I noticed two minor issues when testing it on my mobile devices:
    – on a Nexus 10 tablet with the latest Android on it in Chrome the video background don’t start to play (the second page of the Carousel)
    – on an iPhone 6 the part Team Members – photos are loaded with the contact (twitter etc.9) overlay, and it never goes away – that seems a bit ridiculous.

Could you help me on these issues please?

    Best regards
    Attila

  13. The video background is not supported on mobile device, it just uses a static image for that.

Regarding the contact icons issue, it is designed like that, but you can change that by editing file css/style.css, search for @media only screen and (max-width: 60em), it is controlled by the opacity of .modTeamMember .overlay

  14. I cannot get this theme to install correctly. It is not responsive; the slider will not work, menu etc…

It should be a simple fix, but I cannot figure it out. I purchased this a little over a week ago. Please let me know what needs to be changed.

  15. I have changed my site to the correct domain, but am still having issues linking the javascript. There is no responsiveness in the site. Any help is appreciated.

  16. Found the issue: the download is missing the libs.js file. It’s a cool theme, just make sure to either fix this or create this file when you’re installing.

    ReplyDelete
  17. the libs.js file is generated by libs.js.bundle

  18. Has anyone had any issues linking Javascript with this theme? I cannot find the issue.

  19. Hi

Just fired up Osum and got this error from the thrid command of the documentation:

    ?> jekyll serve
    Configuration file: /Users/sean/tmp/clfcalifornia.com/_config.yml
Deprecation: You appear to have pagination turned on, but you haven't included the `jekyll-paginate` gem. Ensure you have `gems: [jekyll-paginate]` in your configuration file.
    Source: /Users/sean/tmp/clfcalifornia.com
    Destination: /Users/sean/tmp/clfcalifornia.com/_site
Incremental build: disabled. Enable with --incremental
    Generating...
    done in 1.748 seconds.
Deprecation: You appear to have pagination turned on, but you haven't included the `jekyll-paginate` gem. Ensure you have `gems: [jekyll-paginate]` in your configuration file.
    Auto-regeneration: enabled for '/Users/sean/tmp/clfcalifornia.com'
    Configuration file: /Users/sean/tmp/clfcalifornia.com/_config.yml
    Server address: http://127.0.0.1:4000/
Server running... press ctrl-c to stop.

Turns out the fix is to:

    1. add `gems: [jekyll-paginate]` to `config.yml`
    2. `gem install jekyll-paginate`

After those steps, everything looks nice.

    ?> jekyll serve
    Configuration file: /Users/sean/tmp/clfcalifornia.com/_config.yml
    Source: /Users/sean/tmp/clfcalifornia.com
    Destination: /Users/sean/tmp/clfcalifornia.com/_site

    Auto-regeneration: enabled for '/Users/sean/tmp/clfcalifornia.com'

    Server address: http://127.0.0.1:4000/
Server running... press ctrl-c to stop.

Would be nice to have this in the docs / update the yaml, threw me for a loop

    Cheers,
