    There is a problem with the template. I am using the regular movie background template. When viewing it from a physical phone the video is not loading/playing. on iPhone the our-team pictures are aligned to the left. Can you help me fix these 2 issues asap. My site is already live I need to fix it quick.

    Hi,
    There video backgrounds are not widely supported yet and iOS devices are yet to implement it. We have updated the template to allow placing a fallback image when the video background cannot be displayed. The update also fixes the our-team pictures error.

    Since the Video and Images are not included, can you provide a sample video or a download link for the video included? I want to make sure I have the proper sizes and resolutions. Your docs say we need 3 different formats, however I want to make sure it is done properly.

    Hi, I’m interested in buying the template but there are issues I’ve noticed on the live preview:



    the background image does not resize
    the sticky menu does not update itself if you manually scroll within the page
    there is no link that allows to jump back to the top of the page like every other site nowadays


    Can you fix them ?

    The Background is resizable, we did’t use any navigation menu in this template and we don’t have any plan to add back to the top button for this small page.

    I’ve purchased the Coma template. When i tried to installed it i got an error message “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”. I tried to zip only the internal folders that looked matching the individual templates, but it didn’t help. Please advise what to do!

    I assume you are trying to install it in WordPress. Unfortunately, it is not a wordpress theme, it is just an html template. You cannot use it with WordPress. However, you can build static website with it.
