Important note
Before updating theme go to theme options under backup tab and copy transfer file content. After you update the theme go to theme options under tab backup and replace transfer field with your backup. After that click import and save theme options.
If you don’t do this you will lose all theme options data!!!
This is because ThemeForest reviewers didn’t approve theme update if we don’t change theme options DB name. So we are sorry for inconveniencece.

ReplyDelete500 errors are very rarely connected with the theme. If that would be a common error with the theme, many people would have similar problems, but they don’t.
About the Revolution slider, did you install it and import demo content for the slider? The error with missing slider is usually because it’s not created yet.

most of the times when we upload simple image we get: HTTP error.

we do not have similar problem with any other theme we buy. this is not new but since we bough your theme, i have complained about this issue before as well. we have two other themes on the very same shared hosting account of ours and those two sites do not give us any error as i described here. There must be something on your theme needs attention!

ReplyDeletethis is the place for the logo and it’s preferred by most. We also use similar way for logo in Brixton and Amory and Solopine as the best seller in blog themes also uses the same principle. If you want custom css for removing it write via support tab.

ReplyDeleteOverall, I am very happy with the theme. But a few minor questions:
1. My Instagram feed at the footer does not display.
2. When I try to add Headings in my blog post their size goes automatically to like 5px and it’s impossible to change the font size.
3. My related posts plugin does not work properly, because I cannot edit the posts I want to display anymore (they are random). Does it mean that this theme is not compatible with the plugin I am using? I really don’t want to search for a new plugin…

ReplyDeleteI wrote wrong. I would be in line with the full option width about me that is below the header. Take a look at this preview of your side here. What I would love is tho expand the with of the column on the left and move the sidebar so it aligns on the right side with the will width option. On the left side all is align in a line that starts below the header. I want the right sidelines for the sidebar to be alingn in the same way on the right side of the site. Then I need to be able to adjust the the text column on the left so it get wider. Is this possible? Hope you understand what I mean.

I made the logo, I bought the watercolor pattern on Creative Market and font for the logo is Great Vibes.
It’s possible but not without changes to the theme, it’s not possible only from theme’s options.

ReplyDelete1. color of the theme can always be changed yes from theme’s options.
2. as for the wider sidebar, custom changes are needed to achieve this. So some custom changes in CSS will have to be done in order to get the look that you want. So that means some extra custom work would have to be done on the theme.

Hi, I’m totally newbie on Blog and trying to install your theme, I read ans read again and again and follow all the instructions very well but each time I try to activate your theme my browser goes wrong and tell me it couldn’t upload the page : “the server is busy, it can happen, try later”, then it is definitively impossible for me to connect to my wordpress admin. could you please help me.

Website fonts and styling doesn’t show up properly. Support doesn’t say it’ll help with install so I don’t want to pay so much if it’s unnecessary. Shouldn’t these be basic things???
