    Hi! I tried adding custom CSS to the tagline, but although it shows up correctly in the preview, it doesn’t change on the live site. Does your code allow for styling span and a tags?

    In the tagline field you can use only HTML tags (eg span and a). To add styles for this tags you need open other tab – Additional CSS and put this code:

I noticed that my website made with Wild Book is not loading (or very very slow) on mobile… I also checked with the live demo of the theme and there is the same problem. it’s not due to the size of the photos but seems to be related with the template itself… could you have a look and let me know ?

    On the sample of this theme, it looks like the posts are in list view with a nice large sampling and “Continue Reading” at the bottom of each entry. However, that doesn’t carry over as a default. How can I make it look just like your sample?

    Why can’t i use the jetpack portfolio?
    It seems that this theme always requires the additional portfolio plugin.
    I don’t have any complaint of the theme quality, but the additional portfolio plugin does not have compatibility for the wordpress.com calypso, which i use mainly. (The portfolio list cannot be loaded from calypso)


    Any idea about this?

    You need to make some changes to the theme code. Go to Wordpress Admin -> Appearance -> Editor. On the right side click “Theme Functions”. Find string with text:



    add_image_size( 'medium-thumbnail', 500, 330, true );



    Replace this string to:



    add_image_size( 'medium-thumbnail', 500, 500, true );



    Click Update File button.


    Re-upload featured images of all portfolio items.

    Perhaps you are trying to install the primary package downloaded from the site ThemeForest. First you need unpack this file. Then navigate to Theme Files folder. This folder has file wildbook.zip. You need install this file in your Admin Panel.

    Unfortunately this is not included in our support. The support includes small CSS fixes and hacks. These effects require big changes in the code of the theme.
