Erased my website. I had to go in with Filezilla and delete the theme’s folder. It even wiped out the administration area until I did that. Clearly, I can’t use it. How do I get a refund?
ReplyDeletehi i just tested fresh installation and doesnt have this issue. please make sure you are using the latest version of WP in your site and also disable all plugins that you have prior to theme installation.
ReplyDeleteNo other theme I’ve ever installed killed my website. I’m sure you’re right that it’s an interaction with some other program. But, guess what? No one else has that problem. So if you’re not going to refund, then that’s fine. I promise to give you all kinds of free advertising for that $50. I don’t think you’ll like the advertising, but you’ll get it nonetheless. I already posted to Twitter, and to a web developers’ group that I’m part of. (Where, after I posted, I was met with a number of people who said, “Avoid Theme Forest.”)

Im sorry for your trouble, I want to help with your issue and see if the problem is really from our theme (so then we can fix it) . this is the first time i received a complaint about this.. my guess is that you have a plugin installed from your previous theme that is not compatible with our theme. please do the suggested action and if the problem is really come from the theme i’d be happy to provide a refund for you.

ReplyDeleteYour theme hasn’t been updated in the last four month. And it is not compatible with the lastest version of wordpress and visual composer.

ReplyDeleteYes we have a plan to update the theme on next month, and for compatibility with new WordPress version it’s okay for you to update, because we don’t have any issue about it, but for the Visual Composer you need to wait for the next update because we need to check it first if there is any issue or not
Quick question, can I use some of the images you have as a demo as final images for the client? are they public domain?

ReplyDeleteStill having issues with the main Navbar… how do you amend the initial menu logo, the sub menu on the scroll down updates to the uploaded logo image. Kinda stuck.. looking to get even the client logo on the menu on to show general navigation etc..
