    I don’t really see why I should pay for renewed support as I do not have a issue with the actual template, only that my revolution slider has stopped working – it was fine the last time I checked, not it just hangs that area as a black space….

    Hi thanks for the quick reply – the issue is that I bought this template lasty November, the site has been live since January working 100% correctly. The slider is on 2 pages and neither are now working, although they were both fine at the start of the month. This is not a issue caused by changing any code in error, this appears to be more that the slider has ceased to function for some reason. That’s why I don’t see why I should pay for support, as I am not asking a question reagrding changes to the template, I am more than happy with what I have created which was working 100%.
