ReplyDeletesince we assigned the development of website using this theme we tried creating a new account so we could handover the access to developer without sharing the access to previously purchased themes in our existing panel.
however the moment we completed purchase on new account and redirected to merchant site, my account got suspend and was asked to check this with paypal. since i had to immediately start with development and i went a head and made another purchase on my existing account.
subsequently i have completed all my security check with paypal and also creted an account for refund of the transaction that shows 90 USD credited to Evanto.
Kindly do the needful in this case so i get my money back for the previous purchase as i am already using the lisence of second purchase made on this account
the username for the account that got suspend is crosscountry1

Sorry, Not possible to use video file in home page slider. Our home page slider script not support to video file.

what are your suggestions to do about this?
Before I bought the theme I saw that you in your demo have a “Our Blog” on frontend… But after installation I now see that this is a fake with just simple HTML you’ve put on the CMS page for home… Don’t you have a regular function to display new posts from blog for this template? This is not right, you are actually fooling your customers to believe that you have a function to display new blog posts on home page.

In this theme not included Blog module, We have used static block for blog content.

ReplyDeleteThen you should remove the HTML code that illustrates a blog in your demo. It’s like you come to a car store and buy a car for full price but the wheels aren’t real wheels, instead it’s fake plastic wheels… Would you buy that car for full price?

This theme fully support to Magento all default features and modules. After the perfectly install theme your store will look same as our demo store. But in our theme package not any extra extension. Blog extension not included theme package. But fully support to multi languages.
