Eveny is a great theme to manage your events or show of your music, or better yet, why not both? When entering a url of my site, it didn’t let me submit the ticket unless I entered http:// . You might want to add a placeholder that shows this to avoid confusion.

Somehow the events are displayed weird on the homepage.
In the demo I see events beautiful aligned horizontally with scrollbar but with me somehow they display vertical. It’s ugly. Can you help?

A: Unfortunately, Eveny theme is not optimized for WooCommerce. There is a chance that it will work correctly with it (or similar, other plugin). However, if you need ti sell just tickets, Eveny theme is optimized for Tickera plugin.
2. Q: Plus, could you let me know if there is a page “coming soon”? Or if there is a way to add it to the template?
A: Unfortunately no. But you can always use third-party plugin to create coming soon page.

ReplyDeleteTickera plugin works exactly like WooCommerce – you will need to create event, and create ticket types for that event. On the frontend, user will be able to select desired ticket type, and purchase it using checkout process.
Please note that free version of Tickera allows you to use only 2Checkout payment provider, while you will need to purchase premium version in order to get access to PayPal and 40+ payment providers.

Hi, I have a problem with Eveny and Woocommerce, When I purchase a product the inventory set as negative number. the problem happens when the woocommerce tryes to substract a value of inventory, the inventory set as less (value of purchase but negative)

A: You can manually rearrange events using drag&drop functionality from admin panel. Events are displayed in the way how you enter them because many users wish to display some events first (e.g. promoted events), instead of standard chronological order.
2. Q:Demo XML does not include any of the images, galleries, events, cds
A: That’s pretty strange. Would you be so kind to submit official support ticket? Please follow the steps and links how to create support account:

3. Q: There is no child theme
A: We plan to include the child theme. In the meantime, you can set child theme using third-party plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/one-click-child-theme/
4. Q: There is no custom CSS
A: Why would you need custom CSS if you plan to use child theme?
5. Q: There are is almost no customization, no header image in inner pages, no theme layout changes, etc..
A: Theme is built for events promotion – simple and without ton of functionalities that will cause mess or extend theme learning curve. However, if you need to create custom layout inside the page you can use bundled TK Shortcodes or to install third-party page builder plugin.

hi, my support just expired some days ago. I have an issue with front-page image: it does not resize on mobile screen as it used to do. Instead, if I load on my mobile Eveny demo page, it does resize. Any idea of what may have happened?
