We provide support for the theme without any charges. If you got any problems just create a ticket. Do not forget to provide us your purchase code
Support Limitations
Since we are authors of just theme, we do not provide support which concerns any 3-rd party extensions, including modules that comes with theme.
Support is provided only via ticket system. All ticket are handled in queue, that’s why the reply make take up to two working days. Be patience please.
We recommend to create ticket with maximum information about issue. In that case you will get answer faster.
We do not fix issues which caused by customization, 3-rd party extensions, previously installed theme.
We do not provide any integration service.
Customization is out of scope of our support.

Have you used any other plugins in your demo sites. I feel it would be a good practice to mention in your main page the set of paid Plugins used in the demo along with the free plugins.
The color swatches facility is working on its own in the latest version of magento. do you have plans of supporting it any time soon. if any of the above features are not there, can we expect them anytime soon ?
I would also like to know if i can get a refund if i am not satisfied with the theme and support. as i recently purchased another hot selling theme from theme forest and for more than 2 months the seller is not able to solve the problem and I am not able to deliver the website to the client.

Colour Swatches for configurable Products. Theme supports configurable swatches functionality, which became default magento functionality since magento 1.9.1.0
QR Code in quick view Unfortunately, quick view as well as QR code are not available in theme, but you can try to implement any extensions which are available on magento connect and provides such functionality
Ajax login Ajax login is not available in this theme for now, but you can check other our themes, which has such functionality: Blacknwhite, Bizarre
Unique
Customised admin panel Theme has powerful admin with tons of options which allow to change the layout of store and get unique store
Retina ready for iPhone too Theme is retina ready.
Have you used any other plugins in your demo sites Used extensions are listed in sections credits on template promo page on themeforest.
do you have plans of supporting it any time soon Theme supports configurable swatches

Hi awesome theme and I nearly bought it but it is lacking quick view mode + ajax add to cart like you have it in “black and white” theme. Are they separate plugins which I could buy or they are part of the design?

Ajax as well as some other features were removed from theme since those extensions are developed by third-party developers which usually provide poor support and have several issues. We want to provide our customers pure theme with excellent support and without any errors that’s why we decided to remove all buggy extensions. There are dozens extensions which provide ajax functionality which are available in magento connect; we recommend to install extensions with live support and free updates in order to have nice working functionality.
