    Hi, when i try to import Slider Data slider_export.txt , give error incorect archive format or data, then breaks down my whole wordpress instalation Error establishing a database connection, i have to restore all my domain files and database. is this due to old revslider version?

    One of my client recently purchase this theme. Very nice design theme. I have setup demo content. All works good. But we facing one issues. In your demo site Header menu display in sticky bar also and in our site Header menu not display in Sticky bar like your demo site. See our site: http://demo.malinhometeam.com/ . I have checked back end side settings but can’t find any options for sticky menu. So please help me for How to activate sticky menu in your theme.

    Hi there,


    I have a client that loves your theme but would like to find out a bit more about it. Can I get some ansers to the questions below?


    1. My client would like to have the top bar information (phone/email/social media) to continue to show when on a mobile device. Currently in the demo the top bar goes away. Can we force it to stay at the top no matter what device you’re using?


    2. My client’s logo is square and needs to be at least 200px tall. Does your theme resize or shrink logos to fit into a specific space? I have run into that in the past. I need to make sure that the logo stays a certain size to remain clear, crisp and clean.


    That’s all the questions I have for now.

    Hi there,


    Can I get further clarification on items 1 and 2.


    Item 1 – is keeping the top bar on mobile a setting that we turn on or off in the theme, or is this a customization by you that has an extra cost associated with it?


    Item 2 – you say “you can customize the logo to display clear and beautiful on the site”. Is the customization for an extra cost? And are you keeping the logo as it is. The logo cannot change, we just need to make sure that when we upload the logo that it can be at least 200px tall and not shrink when put into the theme template.

I’m not sure if you’re customizing the theme so that it will accommodate the logo or if you’re changing the logo to fit into the design. I need to make 100% sure that the logo will not be changed in anyway. Can you guarantee that?
