ReplyDeleteWe have a major issue with the options. It seems that the problem is affecting Mozilla and Chrome.. It works in Explorer. So the issue is that if we add a variant to the basket it adds automatically the first one in the row. For example if there is a Jersey and customer wants to add size medium the system will add to cart the first in the row which is small …This issue is affecting all products. Please help me to fix it ASAP
Hi , Actually we had written code to show available variant first by default. By default shopify add item to cart unless the item is not sold out. Let us know how do you want to variant?

ReplyDeleteHi, I recently purchased your theme but I am unable to get the Mega Menu to work. The explanation in your documentation does not really make sense. Please could you assist me to get this working properly? I need the menu to have images in the dropdowns as they do in your demo.
ReplyDeleteIts simple just create menu as parent , child and grand child at navigation section and link them to respective collections. And then add parent menu names at mega menu settings at theme customisation section. Or just send the store detail via support mail, we will help on the same.

I paid $250 for custom edits with this new theme and was left with many bugs and errors and was told they support install only and not customize edit bugs from their edits??? So confused.
Anyways, I’m stuck with a few bugs and issues. I just want to say thanks for the excellent customer support you provided when I used EFFECT theme.

ReplyDeleteThe second tab is static tab for adding general information like shipping details or return policy.. If you wish to have dynamic content for each product ,we need to alter the script and you have to follow some HTML structure to achieve this.

ReplyDeleteHi Hv44, Surely we will help. Actually all you need to do is just adding respective tags for product as well as in navigation section. After that you need to pick respective menu in theme customization filter select-box. If you find hard just forward your store details to the support mail, we will do whats needed.

It could have been my own error but they went ahead and fixed it for me nonetheless and in a timely manor as well. In backend its showing . but in front end its not at all showing. i dont know why its not showing when its fine in backend. Can you please help me how to get this fixed.

Actually theme coded in the way of getting image from excerpt based on shopify previous liquid model, now we need to tweak it to get that image form featured section. Plz share your store login details to the support mail support@xlentthemes.com, we will do whats needed.

Just to be sure before I buy can I organise blog in categories and put categories into menu and sidebar? I’m familiar with WordPress a little, but this is my first Shopify store – and to be honest I don’t know that this mechanism has to be implemented by theme or it is built in Shopify.

The first question: can the title letter of the product be changed to lowercase or uppercase?

Can you give me your email address, then I can show you my question by picture and establish a sub account of our shopify account for you.
