Sorry, that purchase code doesn’t seem to be valid.
Guys if im going to log support tickets for everything that is broken… its going to take me forever. Go and look at your demo, tons of styling issues. Look at the block to the left of the logo (#logo:after)
ReplyDeleteYou say the theme is “Perfectly Responsive”... only the top menu is visible on mobiles… the main menu just disappears…
Other issues:
Sidebars do not display on shop pages. Tried left and right.
I am unable to edit featured text on the home page.. there is no option for it.
Why cant i disable the footer logo?
The list goes on and on….
If you guys are not interested in keeping your templates up to date and of a high quality ($60) then rather take it down from the store. I am really dissapointed. Not even worth $10

ReplyDeleteReally sorry to know that u r having issues with the theme. We have a religious holidays and for that we are away for the celebrations and this announcement is made a week before.
Regarding the issue of top menu in mobile version, its not an issue but its made this way and thats why we have a separate menu space for mobiles under menus.
Other issue like no option to hide footer logos, i think u are asking about a feature that we dont have becoz i think this can be done with a small code of css by just making it display none.
Regarding support issue of not accepting the purchase code, we are sorry for that and as we are using a third party system for support and this issue is already known and the company is working on it.
Once again sorry for all the inconvenience. We are timely updating our themes and when ever needed. But as u know these types of issues keep emerging with the updates of new plugins and wp also.
Once again sorry for the bad experience but trust this one is our best selling theme and we are always working on the updates. Will be great if you can email us the details of the issues your faving via email at info[at]pixarwpthemes[dot]com with some screenshots and I will look into them asap.

The theme’s working fine for me, my customer has made 4k in sales in the first 3 months of launch and I think aside from my SEO work, the theme just looks unique and cool so it separates itself from the competition. Some small issues for me. One is the speed of the slide show. I am trying to do the GT Metrix test and GT Metrix has a million issues with the home page slider.

Posts on timeline are basically the Blog Posts. In the post editor you will see a check-box ‘Add to Timeline’. All posts with this checkbox checked will display in timeline page. See screenshot http://screencast.com/t/c3BY8DCtkBn

ReplyDeleteThe thumbnails just below the slider are full size same as the slider images displayed above. Each of my slider images are 130Kb approx. So I have thumbnails below the slider that can be 4kb each in size but are actually 130kb as they are populated from full size images rather than thumbnails!!!
What file may i edit to make sure that only small images are called in the thumbnails.
