I got questions about the sliders, on mobile, the sliders do not seem to be supported and don’t show same goes for the WHMCS integration. Is there anything that can I use for my site that works similar to how the sliders work and will work on a mobile phone?
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteFor any support request please use the contact form on item’s support tab.

Hello,
ReplyDeletedo you have a login for the demo whmcs account? Just having an issue with responsive design over mobile.
cheers
Hello,
ReplyDeleteyes, but please send a message via item’s support tab contact form, because i do not want to post the credentials here (wannabe hackers login all the time and trying to hack the WHMCS).
Also inform me about your issue over mobile.
Thanks!
Please provide login details for demo version. When will Wordpress version be WHMCS 7.1 compatible?
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteWordPress version is from another author, ask him about WHMCS 7.1
We do not want to provide login details in comments or item description, contact us here https://themeforest.net/item/servereast-web-hosting-html-template/10249177/support/contact to send you credentials.
Thanks.
Is there any document, which would help us in updating to the latest version of template? I’m afraid, if I update, I’ll have to re do all of the changes in the html files. Please comment with suggestion. Thanks
ReplyDeletehello,
ReplyDeleteevery new update has a changelog link just beside its number, in item’s description page on Themeforest: https://themeforest.net/item/servereast-web-hosting-html-template/10249177
Just scroll down and you will see the changelog links.

What is the best way to add Google analytics code to the template files. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteI copy/paste from Google help about how to setup Google Analytics on a static site (as it is a HTML template):
A static website is one in which the page HTML is NOT generated using a programming language or interface such Python, Ruby, PHP, etc. To collect data, you must copy and paste the Analytics tracking code into the source code on every web page you wish to track.
Once you have the Javascript tracking code snippet for your property, copy the snippet exactly without editing it.
Paste your tracking code snippet (unaltered, in its entirety) before the closing </head> tag on every web page on your site you wish to track. More info here: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1008080?hl=en
For any support request please use the contact form that exists on the support tab of the item.

Thanks.
This does not work for the shopping cart templates.
ReplyDeleteFor the WHMCS you can enable the related WHMCS addon. From admin > setup > addon modules > activate google analytics > configure > choose google analytics > put the tracking code to the related field.
ReplyDelete* For any support request please use the contact form that exists on the support tab of the item.

Thanks.
Thank you so much. Unfortunately the addon is not free.
ReplyDeleteThe Google Analytics addon is free. You can enable it anytime via WHMCS admin with the instructions that i sent on my previous message.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, I have found and activated it, I was using the main Addon link which takes me the market place. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteYou’re welcome!
ReplyDeleteWhere are the orderforms files?
ReplyDeleteYou can use any order form that included in WHMCS. All are compatible with the template.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
i want to know that when there is a new update , will it effect my custimization not not
ReplyDeleteNew update will be available, when WHMCS release a new version and if it will contains template changes.
ReplyDeleteAbout your customizations, it depends on how heavily customized the template.
I am not sure how you customized the template without purchase it, because i can’t see you as buyer
Thanks.
Hello
ReplyDeleteI am looking for WHMCS templates compatible with 7+. I only need WHMCS template.
your theme includes template ?
Is it possible to choose colours for template ?
Thanks
Hello,
ReplyDeleteyes the downladable item contains HTML template and WHMCS template separated. So, you can just use the WHMCS template only, It is compatible with latest WHMCS version (7.1.2).
Does not provide an admin interface to choose colors, you need to edit the css fie to change them.
Thanks for interest.
I cant buy this theme. My credit card is unacceptable ! What is the problem ?
ReplyDeleteHello, i replied via e-mail.
ReplyDeleteSo I installed as documented and the wordpress WHMC-Bridge doesn’t show the servereast theme?
ReplyDeletehttps://www.kre8ivhosting.com/whmcs-bridge/?ccce=knowledgebase
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeletethe WHMCS Bridge is a WordPress plugin, and this is a HTML template. There is no any relation between them.
Hello, I used the updated html files and there seems to be something wrong with the WHMCS layout. Pages for the WHMCS content are aligned to the left instead of center. Is this a bug? How soon can we get a fix?
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteno, there is not an issue like this as you can see on the demo http://whmcs.audemedia.com/
Something you did not apply correct on the update (that 7.2 has huge changes). I recommend to use the latest version of the template and on this just apply your customizations.
If you can’t make the update send a support message via https://themeforest.net/item/servereast-web-hosting-html-template/10249177/support/contact and include your WHMCS installation url.
Thanks.
Hey, if i buy the Template how can i edit for example the prices ? Wich text i have to edit or can i use any editor ?
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeleteit is a HTML template, so you need a code editor. Just open the files and edit on the specific area to change the demo prices with yours.
Thanks for interest.
Ok thank you. I can edit now the normal HTML Page but if i use the WHMCS integration i have also tho edit this … but how can i edit the WHMCS Template (Topics / Menue / Sites)??
ReplyDeleteHello,
ReplyDeletewith the same way, a code editor. Actually, in WHMCS you need to edit only two files (header / footer) except if you want to customize it.
Thanks.
