ReplyDeleteHow can I add Logo to my site
ReplyDeleteHi there. There’s no need to both leave comments and send an email I’ll respond to the email.
ReplyDeleteCheers.
What do you recommend to add two themes one for the mobile only?
ReplyDeleteI like the Any Mobile Theme Switcher plugin. There are others out there though, up to you how you go about it.
ReplyDeleteHi, I wanted to add a good mobile design on my current website. what is the process and how do i install this without affecting my old website?
ReplyDeleteHi. You can either set it up on a new domain, ie. m.youtsite.com and then direct mobile users to it (there are free plugins out there that do that). Or use it as a secondary theme on the same installation, in which case a plugin like Any Mobile Theme Switcher can help (you can try it out with one of the default WordPress plugins to see how it functions).
ReplyDeleteCheers.
No update in the foreseeable future ?
ReplyDeleteHi. Currently no updates planned for Rogue, everything we wanted to add was added at launch.
ReplyDeleteCheers.
Hello.Tell Your mobile themes are integrated with woocommerce plugin? And is it at all possible to expand functinal theme with plugins?
ReplyDeleteHi there. Have not tested with WooCommerce.
ReplyDeleteCheers.
Hi,
ReplyDeleteWhen you say:
‘add to homescreen’ on iOS and Android (via third-party plugin)
what is this plugin and where can I get it?
Hi. This information is covered in the documentation that comes with all purchases of Rogue.
ReplyDeleteCheers.
Hello
ReplyDeleteI am concerned about updates on your mobile themes. Most of them have not been updated for over a year. None of the changelogs mention WP 4.5 or the latest IOS etc
What’s going on?
I want to purchase one of your themes but there is no update support….!!
Thanks
Hi.
ReplyDeleteActually, all of them mention 4.5 Check under “Software Version” on the right. There hasn’t been a need to update them when new WP versions come out because they just work with the new versions.
As for new features, there haven’t been many because when launched we already did a lot of what we wanted to accomplish with the themes. That said, in the case of Rogue for example, included plugins like TapTap and PageLoader will indeed be updated over the summer and kept up to date going forward; just have to make some changes in the theme to lay the groundwork.
And our support is outstanding
Cheers.
I’m impressed with the speedy reply!
ReplyDeleteBut, to say they ‘just work’ with new versions doesn’t fill me with confidence. Nothing ‘just works’!
If your “Software Version” isn’t reflected in your changelog, why should I take you seriously? Your last update is recorded as 2015… I’m hesitant in giving you my money… and will support for your product suddenly cease??
“Software Version” on the item page doesn’t show what the latest WordPress versions are, it shows the versions of WordPress the theme is compatible with. And as you can see there, Rogue is compatible with the latest versions.
ReplyDeleteWe use WordPress standards to code our stuff, so yes, it does indeed just work (as demonstrated by the fact that we haven’t needed to update the theme whenever a new WP version comes out). When WP changes something in their core and removes or replaces a function or something like that, then naturally we’ll update the theme. Until then, we’ll only update the compatibility list under “Software Version” to show it’s compatible.
Changes in the theme’s own changelog reflect actual changes in the theme. And, again, there hasn’t been a need to update the theme because the theme already works with the latest versions of WordPress.
Cheers.
Thanks for that
ReplyDeleteI’m interested in the Tap-Tap feature of opening the menu on the front page – but I see that this feature was introduced to Tap Tap in June 2015: see changelog below.
But your theme was last updated in January 2015 – so, does it include this feature, or not?
UPDATE 1.9 (June 24, 2015)
- added option to open the menu by default on the front page
Thanks
Rogue includes an altered version of TapTap that currently does not have that feature. Like I said above though, I’ll be updating my mobile themes over the summer and beyond as I release massive updates for my plugins, and those versions will indeed be included with the themes.
ReplyDeleteCheers.
is there another way to do this with one of your other plugins?
ReplyDeleteYou know what it’s like… I need it now!
Thanks
I need to update TapTap for Rogue first I’m afraid. TapTap is also my only full-screen mobile-focused menu, so can’t recommend anything else at this time.
ReplyDeleteAre you able to put a time frame on the update?
ReplyDeleteMaybe I can work it into the timetable…
Thanks
I want to get the big TapTap update done in Aug/Sept, but nothing more concrete than that at this time.
ReplyDeleteOk, I have some more questions on this point, thanks in advance!
ReplyDelete1. Do any of your mobile themes use the latest version of Tap Tap – or at least version 1.9 of Tap Tap with the homepage feature?
2. Alternatively – could I purchase your Tap Tap plugin separately and use on another theme – in which case, in your experience, are you aware of another theme that Tap Tap works particularly well with?
Grateful thanks
Yeah, Rowe has 2.4 of TapTap.
ReplyDeleteHello again
ReplyDeleteAny news on the update of Tap-Tap on the Rogue theme?
Thanks
Rogue will be updated sometime this fall. Once it happens, you’ll see it on the item page.
ReplyDeleteThanks
ReplyDeleteIs it compatible with Visual Composer?
ReplyDeleteHi. Haven’t tested with VC. Cheers.
ReplyDeleteHi there,
ReplyDeleteI am from Bulgaria and I want to use the Google Font Api for Cyrillic alphabet, what should I do.
Hi.
ReplyDeleteYou have to add the font you wish in functions.php and then load it into the stylesheets. If you don’t know to handle that yourself, that’s something you’d need a freelancer for. For cases like this where users wish to make their own edits though, you’ll find the code well marked.
Cheers.
Hi! Do you know about a plugin to redirect Desktop users to desktop version of the theme?
ReplyDeleteRight now I’m using Equivalent Mobile Redirect for desktop to mobile redirects but I’m getting crazy trying the reverse
Cheers
Hi. No, can’t suggest anything off the top of my head I’m afraid.
ReplyDeleteCheers.
hi, I use real home theme and wonder if your theme can be installed as a second theme on the same installation and show a different header style when viewing on the mobile phone. I will need to keep the content of all page looking exactly the same as it displays my property.
ReplyDeleteHi. If you just need a new header on mobile then a new theme is not right for you. Look into our mobile menu plugins on CodeCanyon: TapTap and Touchy.
ReplyDeleteCheers.
can this work with buddypress?
ReplyDeleteHi there. Haven’t specifically tested with BB.
ReplyDeleteCheers.
