I wanted to know if the first landing screen with the option to choose light or dark version/ before going into the actual demo comes with the theme

ReplyDeleteIn the screenshots section I do not have the link to make the image Zoom larger Like in your samples. I also crops the tablet sceenshots. As you are aware the tablet is wider than the iPhone 6.

ReplyDeletePlease understand that I paid for your product and it is not working you keep asking me the same questions over and over again while the answers are already posted in your ticket.
ReplyDeleteIf you do not wish to support your product I will be happy to take a refund and file my claim in themeforest. I am a big customer. But this will hurt your reputation. that can cost you your account there. All I asked is that you sell a working product one whthout a bunch of java script conflicts.
I gave you a link to a test site where you can see all of the bugs.
Please be nice too and take the time to look at the site using any html inspector like firebug will show you all of the js errors
The problem is to make a screenshot in the ticket?
ReplyDeleteI have been as clear as I could and gave you a link to the site for you to see all of the errors and you talk to me like I was disrespectful. My developers spent 2 hours fixing java scrips conflict the you closed my ticket and insulted me by saying the following :

1.Describe the problem purely !!!
2. Attach screenshot !!!!
3. No need to write garbage text !!!!
If you use one ticket for several issues then please number each problem. If you have not solved the issue but you want to ask a new question it is essential to create a ticket. It will help to solve the problem faster and you will not lose the whole chain of your questions. Please don’t forget to attach the screenshots or videos of your problems. It will help to understand the problem faster than reading the long description of the issue. You can use FREE services for this such as http://clip2net.com/ru for screenshots and screencast-o-matic.com for videos.
Please just describe your problems clearly and apply screenshots.

ReplyDeleteThe screen shots- on your video you show a pop up that allows you to see a large image on click I do not have the icon on mine to do that.

ReplyDeleteWhen you click on SHOW CHANGE LOGS Button you get a locked screen the popup does not display causing the browser to lock up
On your help video you show the screenshots as clickable for larger screenshot pop up on mine I do not see that.
Also when I upload screenshots for the iPAD(Wider images) your theme crops the side to same same width as the iPhone ones. is there a ways to have it display the correct width of both iPad and iPhone screenshots.
Is there a way to auto expand the contact us form as people do not realize that they have to click the orange envelope.
